GPU slot issue

$

I have 6 GPUs Aorus 570 4GB and Asrock 81 PRO BTC motherboard, 1200W Evga PSU...
I have SLOTS 0-5 and 6 GPUs installed in rig, but what ever I put in SLOT 1 (longest slot near to CPU and GPU with HDMI OUT) I have few seconds after start showing temperature on that slot between 85-90C (real temp measured with infrared thermometer is like any other GPU in rig around 50C) and hashrate starts falling from 29 MHs to 12 MHs and after few minutes to 0. I tried to switch couple GPUs and risers and I have always same result. When I put any card in SLOT 1 it will do what I described above. If I put card to any other slot GPU works like a charm. SO IT'S NOT GPU or RISERS problem...

Tried on both Windows and Ethos. Tried different overclocking underclocking. Nothing helps...

Any idea what causes this issue? Motherboard? Any settings to change?

Thank you!

Best Proxy to Use ?

What is the recommended best proxy to use ? I have seen "sammy's" and "Dwarfpools" proxy servers, and a few others. Is there anything that is newer/updated? Most of them are from 2016, which is fine if there is no need for improvement I guess.. any suggestions appreciated.

Which Graphics Card? 480/570/580

Im going to be buying 2 graphics cards soon for mining Ethereum which one should I get?
Asus (DUAL-RX480-O4G) $340 each
MSI Gaming X Radeon RX570 4GB $320 each
Gigabyte Radeon RX580 Gaming 4GB $340 each

Which would most likely be best ROI at stock and with modding?

Edit:
Also does Brand matter?
I chose the 480 as it is the only one I can get my hands on so can't change that.
But the MSI 570 I read online was good but I could get an Asus Expedition OC RX570 4gb or a Gigabyte Gaming Radeon RX570 4gb both for $20 cheaper
as for the 580 I can also get a Gigabyte AORUS RX580 for the same price, but for $50 more I can get the 8GB one, and I notice the 8GB has memory speed of 1000Mhz than the 4Gb so would it be worth it?

Also what are your thoughts on second hand graphics cards?
Thanks

**This thread is for benchmark results only - post questions in other threads**

Geth GPU support is coming soon, in the meantime, the C++ miner is out.
The purpose of this thread is to post GPU results, not CPU.

First, install the client:
https://github.com/ethereum/cpp-ethereum/wiki/Installing-clients

Second, run eth -M -G
Of course, you'll need a GPU for this to work. Use --opencl-device 0 if Eth is not identifying your OCL device properly

Third, post your results!

The format is:

OS / OS version / GPU / Eth Version
min / mean / max: xx / xx / xx
Inner mean: xx.xxxx MH

Please post everything in MH.
Please do not post questions etc as they will be removed.

Update:
14/05/15 - corrected typo on opencl, clarified thread rules

GPUBay.com - Computer Bay Adapters for Graphics Cards

We have developed a bracket which allows your unused computer bays, usually for DVD ROM drives, to be used by graphics cards. We have just started selling these brackets after a year of development and testing. I know most miners just have frame rigs, but these brackets are for people that want to make rigs more portable, have kids or pets, or want to use a miner in an office.

Will withdrawals increase the market?

Should we put our money in the exchange or in our own purse?

I think everyone has their own opinion, and old users will take money into their wallets.

But novices don't always know how to do this. They only buy and sell COINS on large platforms.

Just last September, when China said it was closing down its trading platform, everyone started selling COINS and withdrawals, and there was basically no currency on the platform. Currency prices have soared in more than a month.

Does the mention of money in one's purse have anything to do with the ups and downs of the market?

An idea for a new coin - Retrieving wallets

$

Ok I'm no whizzkid, but I can bet you there are people reading this that are.

What is someone created an ICo that could help people recover lost wallets having recently lost mine I would gladly give 10% of it's value to be retrieved, now if there was a way you could work with the wallet owner to retrieve the wallet for say 10% of it's value, I reckon that would be a good ICO, as basically you're safeguarding people's money.

What are people's thoughts on this idea, or is it dead before pen even hits the paper?

Server PSU breakout board / 6 pin SATA/Molex connectors

I'm converting one of my mining rigs from ATX PSU to a server PSU powered one.

My situation is, I have a modular Corsair HX1000i that is not working anymore and now I have spare SATA/Molex with Type-3 / 6-pin connector.

I purchased one of those HP 1200w server PSU with the breakout board which supports 6-pin PCIE connectors.

My problem is, I do not have 6-pin powered risers. What I only have are SATA and Molex powered risers.

My question is, can I plug one of those SATA/Molex cables that's left by my Corsair HX1000i to the server PSU breakout board?
They seem to plug in fine but I'm not so sure about the voltages of every pins. I do not want to start fireworks inside my house so if anyone of you has tried this please do tell if it works.

Thanks in advance.

where to find tokens entering exchanhes

Hi all,

I would like to ask if you know of a way to get informed of the ico tokens which are entering exchanges?

One way of course is to follow the ico website, telegram e.t.c. but i am lokking for a more centralized way which include them all e.g. a website or similar.

Because it is not so easy to watch every ico out there indepedently everyday.

Thank you for your time reading this.

Regards.
