Hi,
I am mining on my 4GB NITRO RX 480. It has unfortunately Hynix memory modules (1750 MhZ by default).
HashRate drops from 22MH/s to 20MH/s when I try to OC memory even by few MhZ and rises again with more OC. Last stable frequency is ~1870 MhZ and hashrate is almost 21MH/s at this frequency.
Power consumption is under 90W (underclocked/undervolted core), I've tried to OC memory with default core frequency (1306) but result is same (with much higher power consumption).
Do you have any idea why is hashrate lower at higher frequency? My only assumption is that there is different timing on higher frequency, but I've seen some RX 480s that were doing better at higher OC (without any timings modification).
Thanks
