My system is weird, if I set the fan manually to 80%-90%, it increases the hashrate dramatically

My rig is weird, if I set the fan manually to 80%-90%, it increases the hashrate dramatically.

Memory clock: 2250
Power: 107Watts

With Auto fan mode: 24-25Mh/s only
But with manual fan mode 90%, it can go up to 30Mh/s (stable)

I'm using MSI Rx 480 gaming x 8GB.

My question is, is it safe setting the fan at 90% 24/7? I want to get 30Mh/s and it is the only way I can hit it.
