Low Hashrate: MSI R7 370s

Hello everyone...
So I have 2 graphics cards, both being: MSI R7 370.
Mostly people get about 15mh/s out of the box (no overclocking or anything)

Why is both my cards only getting about 11mh/s ???
My setup is pretty simple... My standard desktop computer with 2 gfx card risers that plug in to both gfx cards.
My PSU is a 850w (which should be PLENTY with only these 2 gfx cards)

I had a weird thing going on when I had both gfx cards plugged in, and then I installed the "automatic" driver for the card from AMD's support website.
Then only ONE of the gfx cards was showing up and working, other one seemed like it didn't communicate with the driver at all. (fans spun at 100% constantly like it dint know what to do ever)

So, I installed the little "crossfire" thing which basically plugs both cards into-eachother, and BRAVO! Both gfx cards showed up and acted properly, then I open my claymore miner and see that both gfx cards only doing about 11mh/s........?

What is the problem here? Why is everyone else getting 15-17mh/s out of the box while both mine or crappy?
Any help please!
