My mining equipment was stolen from my home while it was mining please help!

What time zone is the ethermine.org dashboard? They might have restarted my miner after they stole it. they stole it sometime between noon and 3 PST. Can someone please help me determine the exact time it stopped so i can tell the police? Is there any other information on the blockchain that can help me; if they restarted it?
