One 20 foot shipping container
Large fenced area
6467 W COUNTY LINE RD, Lula GA

The building is remote, and was originally part of the AT&T microwave relay system built back in the 50's. These buildings were built to withstand a nuclear attack as close as two miles away. The walls are 12-18 inches of poured concrete, with rebar and copper wiring, to protect from an electromagnetic pulse that occurs upon nuclear detonation.

The building has three main rooms. two small, one large. One small room is the engine room, with a 100Kw diesel tank engine, which could be used to supply power to the building, and any excess would be shipped back into the grid to produce a credit with the energy provider. It shows about 600 hours of use. The other small room houses the air handler, which was deigned to keep the facility at a constant temperature, with a 1-2 degree variance, and to provide positive air pressure in case of an explosion outside. I have not used either of these as my mining efforts did not require them. There are two heat pumps outside the building, but they were vandalized for the copper before i bought the property.
The large room is about two thousand square feet, with very high ceilings. I have not measured, but a 16 foot ladder is not enough for me to touch the ceiling when i am on the top step, and i am 5'11".
There is a large metal louvered window in the engine room, and another one in the main room. The window in the engine room is eye level, and about 3X5 feet. The window in the large room is at the top of the wall, and is a bit smaller. As hot air rises, i put fans under my rigs and directed them upwards, with no other ventilation, and my 10 rigs ran with no overheating issues at all.
The power to the building is three phase, 600 AMP. There is a main PDU in the main room with a small 200 AMP panel on the back wall for building power. The rest was designed to power the antennae out back. I used the back panel with no issues. The equipment is old, but was built to highest specs at the time, and is extremely sturdy equipment. Cost was not a factor when this building was constructed as the microwave system was considered part of national communications and was funded by the government.
The site itself is quiet, in a small town, very little traffic. It is surrounded by farms, and i have never had a problem with anyone trying to break in or vandalize anything while i have owned the place.
As a side benefit, the tower is about 120 feet high, and when the zombie apocalypse descends, it will make a great sniper tower :) My family named it the zombie compound as i bought this when "Walking Dead" was in full tilt, and we figured we could always bug out there when it finally happened.

Mining rig hashrate slowly dropping
Hello folks,
I've got a 5 GPU mining rig running built with EVGA GTX 1070 SC's. The miner has been running flawlessly for a good year now. The OS is windows 7 and the mining software is the latest phoenix miner. Power supply is an EVGA 1000 watt supernova G2. I've had this system moderately overclocked since I put it together. My most stable and efficient settings are running about .700 mv, core clocked at +100 over default, and memory clocked at +383 over default. Using nvidia inspector for the clock settings. P2 state is forced to off. Temps have never been over 55C on the cores. APC UPS backed up, so it has never seen a dropout or a hit to the power supply. I would say this is a well taken care of mining rig.
So the problem is this rig ran stable at 31.x MH/sec per card since I put it together. But in the last few months, the hashrates have been slowly creeping down to a point where all five cards are now running in the 28 to 29 MH/sec range. And I've had to work my voltage up to .840 mv just to maintain that. It seems like every time this machine gets a reboot, which is maybe once or twice per month, I have to creep up my voltage slightly just to maintain the hashrate I had before the reboot. As I mentioned, all five GPU's are dropping evenly. And I also have two other computers which also mine 24/7. They also have 2 EVGA GTX 1070 SC's each of roughly the same age, usage, and temps. Same OS, mining software, and the power supplies are both EVGA 650 watt supernova G2's. These rigs are not experiencing this drop in hashrate. For over a year, they're still running right where I initially set them.
What might be causing this even drop in hashrate? I don't think it's the GPU's themselves because of the even decline. I suspect either the power supply or possibly the riser cards used to mount 5 GPU's. From what I have said, what do you guys think? Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks!

Win 10 Pro rig with 3 GPUs freezing - help!?
Hi everyone,
I have the following rig setup:
Windows 10 Pro - newly installed, fully patched
Control panel performance set to high, never turn off etc
Paging set to 18-20 GB
4GB RAM installed - but tested in 8 GB RAM rig and had same issues
Celeron CPU
3 x MSI Radeon RX 580 GPUs installed. I have tried 2 installed directly onto the motherboard plus 1 riser as well as 1 on motherboard and 2 on riser. It made no difference.
Issue is that if I use AMD's blockchain driver the rig will freeze after running for more than 10 minutes. It doesn't crash it just freezes until I do a hard shut down.
If I install either the latest AMD drivers for the GPUs or an earlier version, the rig stays stable but my hashrates drop for 28.x MH/s to 11-13 MH/s
I also tried 3 different BIOS mods with the same effect.
What is a bit odd is that this rig is about 8 months old - maybe a bit more. It was running fine with all 3 cards then I thought one card was causing an issue so I moved that one card to another machine - it, and this original rig continued to operate fine - till a couple weeks ago.
Any suggestions?

Rig reboot if gpu is not found
Hey folks! My first question on this forum :) I have 8 Gigabyte Radeon RX580 with Asus Prime H270-Plus motherboard and I'm having some troubles getting all gpu's to start together. I live in an area where power outages happen once or twice a month, and when it happen the rig starts but with only 6 or 7 gpus. To get them all running i have to manually reboot the rig via teamviewer or from the power button. Is there any way to make it reboot automatically if a gpu is missing? I am using OverdriveNtool for overclock and hwinfo, and I am mining with Claymore v11.8.

[GUIDE][TUTORIAL][XMR,ETH] How To Mod Polaris Bios AMD RX 470/570/480/580 Mining
I've post this on bitcointalk, but it could help here also.
Lot of people asking how to mod RX bios. There are 2 ways the easy one and the proper one.
I will show you the easy way. This bios modding is easy for newbies.
Undervolting will only work with Windows If you need undervolt bios for Linux you need to do the harder way. You can ask here, someone could make it for you. I know that Wolf0 can do it. - Bitcointalk
If you need help, buy me a beer I can help you. Write me on e-mail monerobiosedit@gmail.com
What I can offer:
Download newest ATIWinFlash and save your bios.
Start Polaris Bios Editor or SRBPolaris. Open the bios.
Copy performance timing. For Samsung is best Uber-Mix 3.1. You can find it here http://www.overclock.net/t/1604567/polaris-bios-editing-rx5xx-rx4xx
First post -> RX Performance timings. It can be used for RX 470/570 and 480/580 4GB or 8GB. Use it only for Samsung memory.
There are performance timings for all vendors Elpida, Hynix, Micron. You can google some of them also you can make your own. Basically it's just normal timing strap from card with tightening timings for better performance. It can be decode to values in SRBPolaris for example.
If you want good performance timings you can write to me.
Beware of space before the strap while you copying the Uber-Mix 3.1!
Copy it to 1750 and 2000. If you have more straps like this 1:xxxx 2:xxxx, you need to copy to the right one. In VRAM section, there is dropdown menu the Samsung one start with K, Hynix with H and Elpida with E. First one is 1:xxxx second one is 2:xxxx, SRBPolaris showing exact name of memory vendor.
You can higher or lower TDP if you want. Max memory clocks or vcore.
Undervolting
Do not put static voltages
Voltages like 65286 means they are dynamical for every card based on ASIC quality mostly. So you can flash the bios to all same cards (memory vendor) and it will work, every card will have similar voltages, some lower some higher.
The trick for easy undervolting is put lower values than it is. Voltages need to be equal or higher than the previous on.
Example from other forum how it could be
If you set clock in Afterburner or whatever you will se what voltages is that. Do not lower voltages too much in bios, you can always undervolt in Afterburner. Once you will know what voltages are stable you can put those dynamics values right for your card.
Also you can lower VDDC (VRM).
You can put values like 1000, 975, 950, lowering by -25mV. 975 and 950 should be stable on every cards, you can set 850 but this couldn't be stable. If you put lower voltages only to higher clocks it will always boot but in utilization it could be unstable.
There is lot more to change but this is basic and it's mostly enough what you need.
It's mainly meant to show you what is performance timings and how to do easy undervolt.
Save the bios and flash it with ATIWINFLASH
Load bios and click program. Your PC will freeze for few seconds so patiently wait!
After flashing your card uninstall AMD drivers with DDU!
Reboot and install new drivers and Pixel Clock Patcher Without patch your card will have error 43!
Reboot.
Memory OC and memory errors
Start miner or stability test.
Start with stock clocks than you can raise memory clocks by 10Mhz steps, every few seconds.
Download HWinfo64 and check for memory errors! Once you have some errors lower clocks a bit till there are no new. This clocks should be stable. After you find best memory clocks you can set core clocks (overclock or underclock) than you can try lowering voltages. Also you there shouldn't be artifacts!
http://www.pcworld.com/article/250644/how_to_overclock_your_graphics_card.html
Find your GPU and the GPU memory errors line. Watch it for numbers. If there are any after few minutes your memory clock is too high. If you have few errors after hours it's no problem. But key is to have 0 errors. Memory errors can cause bad shares!
With performance timings you can have 30-31MH/s with RX 470/570 and 31+MH/s with RX 480/580 (It could be 33+)
This is max you can have not every card can achieve it! Most cards can run above 28MH/s.
Quick video how the modding in PBE could be:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAgZbK0XVec
XMR: 800+H/s on 470/570/480/580, I don't know why, but 470 hashing more than 480
My XMR hashes with XMR-STAK-AMD
RX 470 Samsung 870H/s
RX 470 Elpida 835H/s
RX 480 Samsung 845H/s
SGminer GM 5.5.5
RX 470 Samsung 915H/s
RX 470 Elpida 890H/s
RX 480 Samsung 920H/s
My ETH hashes with Claymore (stock config)
RX 470 Samsung 30MH/s
RX 470 Elpida 29MH/s
RX 480 Samsung 31MH/s
Hope this could help someone, there are lot's of other tutorials and videos on youtube, but none of them what I saw used performance timings...
As I said if you need help, buy me a beer and I will help you.

Am I the only one? - Upset Wives/Husband Club
Figured I'd start this thread to see what others are doing to appease their wives/girlfriends/husbands/boyfriends/life partner due to their mining efforts.
I currently have a 1.1Ghs farm running in my basement laundry room where our furnace is located. The Mrs is complaining about the constant noise of my farm from the fans used to exhaust heat to the fans on the cards. I've done everything possible in my power to compromise and make her happy but it's not working lol...Its to the point that I just shut everything down today because I'm tired of hearing the complaining. I've given her $1k cash to remodel the upstairs bathroom to her liking and funds to purchase a new central AC system to replace our aging one thinking it may change her tune, but she still complains lol (bangs head).
So since running the farm in the house is out and I'm not big enough to rent office space, I'm looking at buying a cheap metal shed from Lowes and insulating it to the max to house the miners. I'm just worried about outside ambient temps if I plan to not use AC but exhaust the hot air.
So, am I the only one that receives this type of loving support!! /sarcasm

Asrock 110BTC - Slow last card
I just consolidated a batch of 9 GPU's (470's mining edition) into a Asrock 110BTC.
In MS Windows disabled the on-board Intel GPU and there is 16GB RAM.
The cards normally pull about 29Mh/s but for some reason the last card seems to drop to 25Mh/s.
Has anyone seen this before where the last card is lower and I am using Claymore !?

Best GPU For Mining
Colorful NVIDIA GeForce GTX1070 Graphics Card 8GB 256bit GDDR5 DVI+HD+3*DP 3 Fan On Ebay
The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 is considered by many to be the best choice when it comes to mining cryptocurrencies. Gamers have already noticed just how good this graphics card can be, and crypto enthusiasts were quick to follow.
The best quality that this GPU has is that it can maintain a relatively high hashing rate while not using cosmic amounts of power to do so. Usually, GPUs require immense amounts of electricity to feed them, which in turn might empty the miner’s wallet before he even begins noticing any profits from his mining endeavor.
Asus ROG STRIX AMD Radeon RX 580 Top Edition 8GB GDDR5 RGB Graphics Video Card On Ebay
AMD Radeon RX580 is the main competitor for Nvidia’s GTX 1070. Radeon’s hashrate is unnoticeably bit lower than GTX’s, but where it lacks in hashrate, RX580 makes up in price – it is viewed as a cheaper, yet similarly performing an alternative to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070.
Same as the GTX, Radeon also keeps a low power usage to maximize potential profits. This graphics card is so sought after by crypto enthusiasts worldwide that it might actually be difficult to find one right off the bat.

I try to add "-driver uninstall" in the file and runs it but it shows it require Administrator to access it.
I add "runas /user:Administrator" in batch file but it just can't run appropriately and close the window rapidly.
I also try to set the EthDcrMiner64.exe to always ran as Administrator still the same results.

Trying To Increase Hashrate
I am trying to increase my rig's hashrate.
Initially, I attempted to do such, by overclocking my cards, via EVGA's Precision X1. Yet, after experiencing a small increase, Nanopool encountered problems. So, there seems to be a limit to overclocking.
When I sent to Support the following email:
" How can I employ "-strap" to increase my hashrate?
According to the Readme!!!.txt: "Straps are sorted by intensity, i.e. "-strap 1" supports higher memory clock than "-strap 2", etc. For the best hashrate you must also set high memory clock, so "-strap 1" is a good start point for tests.""
Support responded:
"We did not test this functions, so I have no idea what number you need to use with this function. You can try to contact other users of your miner on mining forum to sort this out."
So, here I am! :/
Any thoughts on this subject?
Has anyone had any success, with "strap..."?
Please respond.
