Help with rig constantly rebooting every 2 hours

Roughly every 2 hours consistently my rig will crash/reboot and i get every time in this order these errors:




I have a feeling windows 10 is trying to force an update on me and it keeps failing.
I have 'defer updates' on currently. Should i try let the update go through??
