Problems adding 5th Card to rig

I am struggling to add a 5th card to my rig, which ever card is in the last slot gives the Error 43 on the card.

I have switched the cards and slots around and it always the last empty slot (be it either slot 5 or slot 6)

Any one come across the problem and know how to fix it?
