I've searched around and I'm not quite sure I've found the answers I'm looking for.. so here's the details.
Specs:
Celeron 2.8 Ghz
8 GB 1333Mhz DDR3
H97M Ann. (Amazon shipped me the wrong one, using it till Friday though because I didn't want to wait before I send it back)
3x XFX R9 390s (1015Mhz/1500Mhz) Stock
Powered, USB 1x -> 16x Risers
Crimson 15.12 drivers
Claymore Dual Miner & Nicehash (trying each out to see which I like better)
My Issue:
Trying to click on the Radeon settings gives me the pop up saying no amd drivers installed or the aren't working properly.
MSI AB: after tweaking with the settings, finally was able to underclock them -100 mV successfully. Can't anymore after troubleshooting the issues below.
MSI AB: doesn't show temps or core clocks.
GPUZ: doesn't report core clocks or temps though it reports the VDDC temps, watts, Amps, fan, ect..
The positive thing is I'm still able to get the stock performance out of them when mining. So I know something is there that's working properly.
I have the BIOS set the PCIE slots to GEN 1.
I have integrated graphics set to enabled as I have a monitor connect to the MOBO directly. (I tried leaving it on auto and just RDPing to the rig, but I had the same troubles as above)
Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Or should I wait for my H97 to come in and see if it has the same issues?
Or need I not worry, and just flash the cards to get what I want instead of through MSI AB. Though I would like to monitor temps![:/]( ":/")
