payout from the miner but no credit on my wallet

Hi Team

I having issues. Trying to reach the support since weeks but no answer on my mails, twitter or other social media.

My miner is paying out every day my ETH to my wallet but i dont see the credit in my ETH Wallet. at the beginning it worked fine now since about a month or longer there is nothing being credited.

What can i do. any suggestions?
