Problem with Claymore's monitoring tool

I run the dual mining Manager on my working pc and 'rig1' (the rig with the a real monitor).
After upgrading all rigs with the latest mining Software (v7.1) one rig is shown offline on both pc's.
The IP is correct and everything else is fine to but i cant monitor this rig and I don't know why.
