So, I had 2x RX 480s w/ custom BIOS and 2x R9 380s in one computer running great at about 98MHs. (It had 16.7.3 w/ modded driver and I would restart the computer without driver validation each time. I updated the driver to 16.9.2 so I don't have to restart each time with option 7.
I then replaced the 2 380s with 2 new 480s (So 4x 480s all Sapphire Nitro OC 4GB). The computer was no longer recognizing all 4 GPUs and only two. I've tried reinstalling drivers, completely wiping the computer clear of all video drivers and reinstalling and adding cards one by one (Shutting it down, installing an additional card, then rebooting) and nothing works.
The worst part is the even when it only recognizes 2 cards one of them runs around 28MHs and the other on 4MHs. No matter which two cards are installed.
The absolute weirdest and most frustrating part is that I put the 2 380s from that computer into another and one card gets 20MHs and the other only 2MHs! The same problem as the other computer. It doesn't matter what PCI-E slots they're in, with or without risers, it always happens. I've tried a handful of drivers with this computer as well trying to solve the problems with the 380s.
I'm running out of ideas and getting beyond frustrated! If anyone could offer some suggestions and help I would appreciate it GREATLY!!
Thanks ahead of time!!
