Slow GPU sales - Manufactures are giving rebates on new GPUS

Looks like sales are finally starting to slow down. Some manufactures like MSI are giving rebates for their 1060/1070/470/480 GPUs.

Usually more manufacturers will follow, means price cuts should be coming soon.
