JSON-RPC Problem. Probably Couldn't connect, Retrying in 1.... Libcurl Error 52

Been mining a few months now and this problem started last night with all 3 of my miners but it is an intermittent problem,
JSON-RPC Problem. Probably Couldn't connect, Retrying in 1.... Libcurl Error 52
2 are in my house and one in my cousins so definately not a network error,
All 3 setups are basically the same, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit each with 4gb Ram and 120gb SSD and 3-4GB AMD GPUs (280x,7970,290)

I am using ethminer-0.9.41-genoil-1.0.8 on all machines and here is what i have in my batch file

Am I doing something wrong? Is there any updates i need to have done since the fork?
