ethOS and RX480 Config Assistance

I am trying out ethOS, and it is up and running, but can someone (@kotarius ?) help with the following

1) I am getting a calc hash and shares submitted, but NO "sent hash" (dwarf) - is this OK / Normal ?- never have seen this before

2) When I try to show real-stats I get a PHP fatal error. I assume I need to set up something additional here?

3) I am doing local-rig conf for now, how come there is "flg" setting for a worker and a "flags" setting at the beginning of the conf file..do I need to set both?

4) Like everyone else on ethOS, I am getting around 24Mh/s , trying different techiques (pwr, clock, mem,etc) . Is there a way to hit 27Mh/s in ethOS (I am running the latest and purchased on SSD from the shack)
