So I haven't been able to find any information specifically on the cards I have because it seems not that many people actually have a set of 6 of either of them. I have 2 PowerColor Red Dragon RX 580 4gb cards and an Asus Dual OC RX 580 4gb. I have used the search tool and have not quite been able to figure out the best way to go about flashing new firmware on them.
So, I have dumped the firmware from both using ATIflash to save the original and have been able to load the firmware into the fork of Polaris Bios Editor. I see all this talk about strap values but can't quite figure out what I should be modifying and sending to my cards, and I don't want to go flashing them until I know what I am doing completely.
Is anybody willing to help explain how to go about changing the values? I am not asking you to do this for me, I just need an explanation of what process to do in order to try and get the best results. Links to other threads, youtube videos, etc. are greatly welcomed if there are already good explanations available. I would greatly appreciate any help you guys have to offer.
