Powercolour Red devils rom - around 30 MH and lower power usage

Hi,

Some are asking for this for a while.
It took a while (motherboard died) and had some other issues..

But here it is:
Powercolour RX480 red devils rom, doing around 30MH at lower power usage

Memory timings have been adjusted, and i lowered voltages a bit..

flashing this rom is at your own risk!

Will try and optimize it a bit in the future, let me know how this one performs for you..

Requests are welcome (lower power usage, ...)
