Problem with 4th GPU in my rig.

Hello,

My parts for reference:
2x red devil rx480 8gb
Asus dual rx480 8gb
Asus Strix Rog rx480 8gb
mobo Asrock h81 pro BTC r2.0

The problem I'm experiencing is in regards of the GPUs. Since last night I'm banging my head against the wall. Every time I run Claymore Miner after 10 - 15 min I get a crash on gpu1. It does not matter which GPU is connected or on which PCI express lane it is. I've moved everything around. I'm using power risers, I've switched them also around for the different GPUs. I have modded the cards before I added the 4th card and before that everything worked fine 3 days without a crash. I've stopped the system to add the 4th GPU.

I've tried to flash the original bios still no luck. Removed all the overclocking whatsoever still no change. The system always fails on the secondly connected GPU. I've flashed new bios on the mobo still no luck. I've gone into safe mode with DDU to put new drivers. After installing AMD latest drivers I get error code 43. If I install Asus or PowerColor drivers it gets removed. In order for the system to find all the cards even after installing bought Asus and PowerColor drivers, I have to run AMD Pixel Clock Patcher so the cards get recognized by the system.

I've been in a lot of places to search an answer and still haven't one. It would be much appreciated if someone could give me a hint or two.

Thanks in advance
