ethos from usb: boot problems

Used RUFUS to write ethos-1.2.2.iso to a 32Gb usb.
When I boot from usb an error occurs:
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx does not exist. Dropping to a shell1

How can I resolve?
