HD 7970 12 MH/s ? (Only 1/2 of Bench score)

I have 3x HD7970 and the Bench tells me i can get like 72-78 MH/S.
But when i start mining i only get around half of it.
I tried different drivers and settings and miningsettings but nothing works for me.
