Modding clocks in Windows and mining with Linux ?

Hey

My mining rig runs on Linux because I love this OS and I did a lot of automations + a file server
So when I want to mod the bios I plug the card on my main PC, start Windows and use ATIflash (& eventually PBE)

Now my question is: If I change the gpu and memory clock on Windows (with another PC or same with dualboot), and then I put my card back in my RIG, will the settings will be saved ?
Or maybe the clocks are managed by the driver ?
