gtx 1060 very low speed on new rig

I'm using claymore dualminer and I'm getting only 2MH on a gtx 1060, I've copied the dualminer and all settings from my other rig which is running at about 22MH / sec with gtx 1060.

I'm using the same driver and bios settings, the only difference is the ssd, I've only got a 64 gig ssd in this rig, the other one has got a 128gb ssd.

Could the ssd impact the mining performance?
