GTX 980Ti on Minergate ETH low hash?

hi everyone. im new to forums and mining but here goes.

i have a gtx 980ti which is rated 22 mh/s but im only getting 1.25 MH/s on minergate and i had tried ethproxy but only managed 3.54MH/s.

am i doing it all wrong? ive looked for days online and not sure what i need to do.

i have a 8320 @4.7 and gpu standard. 16gb fury 1866 memory.
