shell:startip whatelse needs to be configured? Auto mining at reboot

Im curious about those who have their computer setup to auto start their miner on Windows 10. Im using shell:startup with the shortcut in the startup folder. It auto starts but I need to login first.

How can I get the miner to start immediately after reboot?
