Bricked xfx rx 570

so I had flashed one of my rx 570's I was changing the BIOS on back to the stock bios. It stated success and to restart windows. I restarted windows but Windows didnt boot all the way back up and im pretty sure it bricked my card. When I plug it in it just gives me a black screen.

Can anyone help me out with this
