I just started mining recently and am very new to this. So far I am loving taking care of my rig. It has quickly become my little baby![:)]( ":)")
Anyways, my question is if it is possible to throttle how much % of the GPU power it will use to mine. For example to only use 50%.
The reason I ask is because since I just started I have not had the chance to work everything out and eventually I will need to keep the rig in my room where I sleep. I will not be able to sleep with the fans on 100% but lowering the speed on them is not an option. If I could get the miner to use only 50% of the GPU then the fans could be lowered dramatically during night and I would be able to keep the rig on while sleeping instead of shutting them off completely.
