TL;DR watch out for this driver (16.9.1)-it could mess up your settings/system
However, it might work for you, but be forewarned below:
I had bad initial experience in win10;
downloaded
removed prior drivers using amd clean uninstall utility
upon loading the 16.9.1 driver it went to 16%, then totally froze
tried again after removing corrupt driver
error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (BSOD)
restarted, removed the driver, tried again-now cannot finish (stops at 16%)
tried to install 16.7.3 driver, now cannot install this one as well
removed 16.7.3 install
restarted
as a last attempt before windows reinstall, installed 16.7.3 driver directly INTO ethminer (genoil's) folder.
process completed
on restart a weird error on desktop: Qt5core.dll is missing.
Just clicked OK and it went away (no BSOD)
tried mining-seems to be working (16.7.3).
