Concern about video card

Hi all!

I'm concern about my video card. I have 1x RX 480 REF and my problem is the stuttering mouse.
When the miner is open my mouse dont move or just stuttering.
The keyboard, hashrate, video output is ok but when i move mouse i get just stuttering or inactive mouse.
Do you think my temperature (80-84 ) is the problem?

I'm worried because at first it was nothing serious happened. At first all goes fine.

I don't know what to do.
Please tell me if this problem is a common issue or my video card is going down/bad?
