Hash Rate dropping to half only in 2 GPUS

hey guys I would appreciate some light here.. I have a rig, specs as below and it was everything running fine, I was mining for around 3 days without any problems, not a single crash... Today it crashed, I restarted and the hash rate for 2 of my cards dropped to about half, only the 2 Asus ones. What am I doing wrong and what could I do to fix it?

Asrock H81 BTC rev2
Celeron 3gb
8gb RAM 2 modules
EVGA 1300W

GPUS(all bios modded straps copied etc):
2 Sapphire RX470 Nitro OC+ 8gb 27Mh
1 Sapphire RX470 Nitro OC+ 4gb 24/25Mh
2 Asus RX470 Astrix 4gb hashing at 10/12Mh max atm
1 Sapphire RX570 4gb 24Mh

Windows 10 64bit
Crimson 17.5.2
Claymore Dual Eth+decred+SC + pascal 9.3
