Shares found and accepted but no earning???

I using Claymore`s miner and miningpoolhub and I can`t understand why sometimes I have many shares found and accepted but simple no earning and other time I have same rate of shares found and double earning, I new in all this thing and I hope that somebody can explain me why it working on this way...
