Rx 480/580 out of stock, 1070 maybe?

seeing as its impossible to get a RX card these days, for a 1 or 2 card setup would you go for a 1070? or should i keep waiting on RX cards?

I can get a 1070 for about the same money as a RX. is it worth it?
