So I noticed my cards always stay around 68C. That's fine with me I guess, the box says they're rates for 10 years on a full load 24/7 at 70C. My fans typically never hit more than 33%, and usually they're in the 20's. Rigs are very stable.
But if I manually set them to 50%, the temp drops to 55C, which is a lot cooler.
Are the fans not kicking on higher because my TT Setting in Claymore is 70C? What are everyone's thoughts on running fans non stop at set % As a long time gamer I've always believed that high fan speeds were bad for their life. Have any miners debunked this?
For reference I'm using 12 RX 580's. Temps seem good to you? How do you guys set your fans and what are your target temps?
