Hello there,
i am quite new to Minig and read a lot about that 480 is good for minig etc, but i had some 1070 hanging around and so i gave it a try.
I found the following guide:
https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/7780/gtx1070-linux-installation-and-mining-clue-goodbye-amd-welcome-nvidia-for-miners/p1
In which @kruisdraad said he made 37 MH/s with overclocking +285 & +1800 and "heavy tuning". Sadly he never mentioned the real clock timings but guessing he used founders edition it would be Base/Boost/Mem 1791/1968/9600 .
I overclocked my 1070 with micron memory (Samsung should be able of even more) to Boost/Mem 2150/10000 but i only reached 33MH/s. So i am wondering if anyone reached the 37MHs and which tuning else he made. Maybe someone can give me a hint where to look.
Im using:
Ubuntu 14.04LTS
Nvidia 375.51
CUDA 8.0.61
Genoil-cudaminer (master)
Thx
