New comer with questions on gpu

So I'm not new in the cryptocurrency world but i am new to ethereum.

I am thinking about setting up a rig to mine ethereum and i have some questions...

1.Is it still worth mining ethereum?
2.What are some of the top GPUS on the market now?

I have an abundance amount of electricity as i have solar panels in the county. So the wattage usage is not a priority. I am also looking to see what are the most aggressive cards out there in terms of hashes per second.

I also am prepared to dish out 5k-10k for less compromise.
