problem in ethereum mining error that 'out of memory'

here's the error code

CUDA error in func 'ethash_cuda_miner::init' at line 243 : out of memory

My graphics card's memory is 3763mb. However, I get an error that I am running out of memory.
Why the error occurs? Help me please.
