[Journey] 1st Rig under construcction - Suggestions Accepted

Hi there community, im a 25 years old medical doctor who lives in Venezuela whit the with the worst salary in the world ... (yes im traped here) I am building together my first RIG to start mining ether as soon as possible, since I live in a country where electricity is practically free, I decided to get involved in this world where you can generate income passively and from here my interest, I am trying to create a RIG that based on my budget ($ 1300)

POSSIBLE RIG TO BUY
1) GPU x3: ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 460 4GB (im trying to get any rx 470 4gb/ rx480 4gb but theres are no buyable options on Amazon, if anyone could tell me where to find them ill be really thankful)
2) PLATE: Gigabyte AM3 + ALC1150 SATA 6Gb / s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard (GA-990FX)
3) Power supply: CORSAIR CXM series CX850M 850W ( should i get a powerfull one?)
4) RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 x2

OTHER DOUBTS:
1) Should I join a POOL or is it convenient because of my level of experience should i solo mining?
2) Solo mining ETH this year is profiteable yet ?
