Error 43 after editing timings

Hey guys.

So here is my story.

I am building a mining rig with 6x asus rx470 cards.

Because one was a late order i started out with 5 cards.

I flashes these cards with Polaris / ATI winflash /GPU-Z.

All i did was changing the timings @ 1625, 1750 and 2000 to the same timing as 1500.

After that i fine tuned some settings with MSI afterburn:
Core voltage -50%
Power limit -5%
Core clock 1205
Memory clock 1990

This was exactly what i wanted and it turned out to be the best settings for my goal.

After a while i wanted to see if i could change some voltages to get a better power / speed usage. This was with success for a few days. After that i yet preferred speed over power usage and changed back my settings in MSI afterburn. This time it crashed and error 43 showed up at all cards.

Since my 6th card came in i decided to re-do the whole procedure. After adding the 6th card all other 5 cards still had error 43 and the new one showed up just fine. I uninstalled all drivers etc. and flashed all cards back to the backup .rom file. This worked out pretty okay and all 6 cards were showing up just fine. I tested them for a minute and i found out they were running at 20Mh/s while factory default they ran at 22Mh/s. So i figured some settings where changed while i flashed them to the backup settings. Never the less i tried to flash them again with the timings i used at the first time i overclocked my 5 cards. Only this time whenever i change the timings all cards go to Error 43 and won't work anymore. Flashing them back to the backup .rom file will make error 43 disappear again.

So the conclusion is that if i keep the cards at default ( not factory default apparently but the backup file i had which should be factory default ) they work but they will only mine at 20Mh/s. Whenever i try to flash the timings they will stop working. Also using MSI Afterburn only without flashing the timings the card will not change at all ( no error code 43 tho ).

Can any one help me in the right direction since overclocking will add up to an extra 48 Mh/s total. I actually need that speed to break even so i can't just not overclock them.

What i am trying to do with my timings atm is:
Timing 400: 555000000000000022DD1C0084941212F0540B0795847102002041001B0414209A8800A00000312006050D0E270F160E

Timings 800, 900, 1000, 1125, 1425, 1500, 1625, 1750, 2000:
777000000000000022339D00CE516A3D9055111230CB4409004AE600740114206A8900A002003120150F292F94273116

Some background info:
Motherboard: H81 Pro BTC R2
PCI-E GPU > Set on Gen 2
Drivers: Crimson Relive 17.5.2 ( Wish i could install 15.x but it says installation done at 2% )
Cards: ASUS RX 470 4GB

Thanks!
