For Jan and Feb it says I used 650 kWh.
Energy charge is $87.58, do per kWh is $.1347.
However, there is then 3.6% "public benefits charge" which is based on the electrical total, which also includes a customer charge of $21.60 and regulatory charge of $4.94). So, public benefit charge comes out to $4.11, or (87.58+21.6+4.94)*.036.
THEN there is a 7% City Tax of total electrical charge (based on above added together, $118.23) = $8.28.
AND THEN FINALLY, a state surcharge of $.00029 per kWh = $.19
So is this an easy way of solving it. $.1347 + $.1347*.07 +$.0029 = $.147 per kWh?
How does that compare with the rest of what you are all paying? Seems high cost, hoping I can recover my fixed costs before difficulty gets too intense of PoS kicks in.
Thoughts?
