Genoil's ethminer 0.9.41 issue 0 MH/s

Hello I'm quite new to ethereum mining and whenever I try mining from whichever pool I get 0 MH/s speeds. I've spent many hours trying to solve it but to no effect... Anyone knows how to fix it, seems to be an openCL issue. I'm running an Intel HD 4000 GPU. Here is the full log:
