Bios Flashing Asus RX570

So after a bit I successfully flashed one Asus RX570 (28mhs) I have run into problems with flashing a second card. It doesn't seem to be recognised and sends the pc into repair mode on start up, repair fails. Basically the second won't work. I have flashed numerous 470 so it's not new to me. Any ideas what i have done with this RX570 when flashing it, where do I start.
