Miner only runs on 2 out of the 3 cards

Hello,

I have a mining rig made out of 3 MSI 480 8G cards.
I installed the 16.9.2 driver and the cards are seen as correctly in device manager.
When I start the rig up, it loads miner 1 and then miner 0 and 2 are getting loaded.
After 0 and 2 are loaded, it looks like its only mining with miner 0 and 2 and not with miner 1.
What could be the cause of this problem?
