How can I view my hashrate?

I signed up under minergate pool and began mining. I would like to know my mhash rate as I do not see it anywhere. I am using ethminer and nVidia Quadro K1200 for the GPU.

Also, how can i make sure that my server is outputting every possible gpu resource towards mining (if you get what I mean)
