Ethminer working perfectly but mining pool accounts not updating

Hi, I've been trying to mine on 2 different mining pools, it's working fine the first night (I only launch the miner at night right now) but when I launch it again the next evening(same batch file, same command line), everything looks fine on my computer (hashrate between 20 and 23 Mhs as planned) but the mining pools show a 0H/s hashrate.
I tried it with 2 different mining pools (suprnova and ethpool) and both had the same issue. I don't know where my lost hours of mining went...
Has anybody had these issues and found a solution? What am I doing wrong?
