Claymore Crashes on startup

I just set up a new PC for mining and the first time I opened Claymore it worked, but after I changed some wattman settings every time I open it, ethminer64 crashes every time. I've tried going back to default settings in wattman, trying a different Claymore version, but still the same. The log shows

Then nothing. Any ideas?
