Issue with 5 GPU's hashrate not equal

Hey guys setup the following:

- H81 Pro BTC R2.0
- RX480 Sapphire Nitro+ x 2
- RX480 Sapphire Nitro x 3



I've set the PCIE Slot to Gen1

Using 17.4.4 AMD Drivers
Claymore Miner

Any suggestions? The cards haven't been flashed I would assume all would hit 22mh at least

Cards are in the below order:

PCIE1 - RX480 Sapphire Nitro+
PCIE16 - RX480 Sapphire Nitro+
PCIE1 - RX480 Sapphire Nitro
PCIE1 - RX480 Sapphire Nitro
PCIE1 - RX480 Sapphire Nitro
PCIE1 - Empty
