All miners stopped working overnight

Dear all,

All my miners have stopped working overnight. No AMD cards are detected by Claymore:

Was there an update that Microsoft or AMD have sent, so that the drivers became messed up?

Update 1: Used DDU to uninstall the existing drivers in one rig, and re-installed the 16.9.1 version. The max Mh/s that I can get now per card is only 11!!!!!.

Can someone here help with this?
