Downgrading Driver Version Issue, please help.

Hello. I've tried amd clean up utility and then downloading 15.2 driver version from their website. When I launch the installer a error saying "Error: package install package failure!" pops up. I've tried all solutions that I can find including changing permissions of the TEMP folder. I've already ran sfc /scannow today and ckkdsk /r /f.

I only have 1 gpu as I want to test the water first before buying a load of them.
My gpu is RX 480 NITRO+ 4GB.

Any help is much appreciated.
