1 x to 3 x pci e risers

I'm not sure if this works for mining, but would a riser like this enable me to use 3 GPUs? My motherboard only has one PCIe slot and I'm not sure if it would be able to take 3 GPUs?

I'm running a basic build of:

FM2 A75IA E53 mini ITX mobo
A6 5400k
4 GB ram
Win 10
RX 470 4GB
