RX 470 Strange Memory Strap Timings?

Hey all, I'm new to OC'ing, and I haven't been able to wrap my head around why my RX 470 4GB Sapphire Nitro cards' (ELPIDA) memory straps are displaying like this through polaris bios editor. The first few timings seem to be in a different unit, while he last timing is the lowest. Also, all the posts I'm seeing refer to editing straps in the 1350-2000 range, but I'm not seeing that range...
