R9 380 NITRO 4GB vs RX 470 NITRO 4GB

Hi [not native english], I wanna make a new rig... but I have a problem.

I don't know what to choose between this 2 GPU, the price for 380 and 470 is so different in my country:

Sapphire Radeon RX 470 NITRO 4GB + OC
- 265$
Hashrate ~24 MH/s

What should I choose between this two and why?
